Growing up, food was never just about eating. It was about family, conversation, and bringing people together. Every meal was prepared with care, using recipes passed down through generations and ingredients chosen for their freshness and quality.
In 2019, we decided to share that experience with our community by opening Caffrello Vietnam House.
As a father-and-son family business, our goal has always been simple to introduce the authentic flavours of  Vietnam while creating a place where everyone feels welcome. Whether you're discovering Vietnamese cuisine for the first time or it reminds you of home, we want every visit to be memorable.
Many of our dishes are inspired by traditional Vietnamese cooking slow-simmered broths, fresh herbs, fragrant spices, and recipes that have been enjoyed by our family for years. We believe great food cannot be rushed. It takes patience, passion, and respect for every ingredient.
Over the years, we've been incredibly grateful for the support of our customers. Many have become familiar faces, returning time and time again, celebrating birthdays, family gatherings, anniversaries, or simply enjoying a comforting bowl of pho after a long day.
For us, Caffrello is more than a restaurant.
It's a place where people connect, where families share meals, where friends laugh over dinner, and where new memories are created every day.
